Webinars and conferences

The Philadelphia Regional Office of CMS offers a national provider call to improve dementia care and QAPI on Dec. 1 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. This call will focus on nursing home providers, as well as transitions of care between acute and long-term settings. A physician will share approaches to effectively manage high-risk medications, and a pharmacist will discuss the importance of drug regimen reviews and medication reconciliation. Today, prescription drug abuse is a national epidemic affecting individuals, families, and communities.
